Operator and scope

These Terms of Service apply to screenscents.com and its waitlist, operated by SAMEpg, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or older.

The ScreenScents waitlist

ScreenScents is developing digital scent programs to accompany movies using compatible Pura diffusers and recommended fragrances. This website does not provide the app or a working movie-synchronization service. Features, supported movies, compatibility, availability, prices and launch timing may change before release.

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, guarantee a place, set a price or require a purchase. You may receive the launch and movie-experience updates you request and can opt out. Future app use and purchases may have separate terms presented at that time.

Movies, fragrances and third-party services

Customers will need their own authorized access to movies and suitable hardware and fragrances. ScreenScents does not provide movie access or own third-party hardware, fragrance brands or film rights. Pura and film references identify the intended experience and examples; they do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

Illustrative imagery, conceptual app screens and example fragrance pairings are not proof of a released feature, tested scent timing or customer experience. Follow hardware and fragrance instructions, including relevant household and personal sensitivities. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

Use your own email address or an address you are authorized to submit. Do not use the site to spam, submit others’ information without permission, interfere with its operation, bypass abuse controls, introduce malicious code or access information without authorization. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use.

Site content

Our website design, original text and branding are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share links for personal, lawful purposes. These terms do not give you ownership of ScreenScents content or third-party trademarks, films or materials. Rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains the waitlist, hosting, optional Google and Meta tools and your choices. Email-update consent is requested separately in the signup form. Optional cookie consent is separate from joining the waitlist.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors, change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, this informational website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a launch date or a particular result.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this free informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Law and disputes

New York law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise and without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction. Please contact us first to try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Updates

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will receive any notice required by applicable law.
